§1 Validity towards entrepreneurs and definitions of terms

(1) The following general terms and conditions apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer or company in the version valid at the time of the order.
Consumer. A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for a purpose that cannot be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity.
Entrepreneur. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity.

§2 Conclusion of a contract, storage of the contract text

(1) The following regulations regarding the conclusion of the contract apply to orders via or from our online shop

(3) The presentation of the goods in our online shop does not represent a legally binding contractual offer on our part, but is only a non-binding invitation to consumers or companies to order goods or serves to provide information to our customers. By ordering the desired goods, the consumer or the company makes a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.

(4) The order can be made by email or directly via our online shop

Before bindingly submitting the order, the consumer or the company can go back to the website on which the customer's information is recorded and correct any input errors by pressing the "Back" button in the Internet browser they are using and after checking their details or cancel the ordering process by closing the internet browser. We confirm receipt of the order immediately by an automatically generated email (“order confirmation”). With this we accept your order.

(5) Storage of the contract text for orders via our online shop: We will send you the order data and our general terms and conditions by email. For security reasons, your order details are no longer accessible via the Internet.

§3 Prices, shipping costs, payment, due date

(1) The consumer has the option of paying in advance and, in cases determined by us, by bank transfer.

(2) If the consumer has chosen to pay in advance, he undertakes to pay the purchase price immediately after conclusion of the contract.

(3) Please note that the prices listed on our website ( are to be understood as net.

(4) The packaging and shipping costs of the goods are entered into the individual offer for the customer.

§4 Delivery

(1) Delivery takes place as follows:

- up to 5 working days - systems without digital printing

- up to 10 working days - Individual systems (including digital printing). The graphic will be checked free of charge.

- For individual trade fair displays and trade fair stands, please inquire.

(2) If the consumer has chosen to pay in advance, we will send the goods after receipt by email, proof of payment or after receipt of payment has been confirmed.

§5 Retention of title

We reserve the right to consider the goods as our property until the purchase price has been paid in full.
